Terry Hardless has written a series of workbooks and answer books entitled "Theory Made Easy The Hardless Way".
These books were published between 2001 and 2003. They meet the latest requirements of most conservatories and enable students to obtain B.C. highschool credits, upon passing the appropriate instrumental and theoretical examinations.
The Preliminary Rudiments book is written with the young student in mind. Leger lines are larger for the first book then smaller for Grade 1 and Grade 2. The books have easy to follow directions, fun rhymes and charts.
The answer books show the exercises clearly at the top of each page. Workbooks and answerbooks are colour co-ordinated for easy identification. All books have a pull out keyboard and several blank pages for the teacher to have students make notes or write down homework assignments.
